Purpose: To elect a president, vice president, treasurer and a 2nd ordinary member of the Committee.
Duration: very Brief
Nominations for the above positions are invited.
The above meeting will be followed by a General Meeting of BCAS members to discuss/decide ongoing actions.

i)End Of Year Celebration BBQ
j) Petty cash arrangements and other associated financial arrangements.
k) Art works on display in the Goods Shed – status and provenance
l) Library- books, art items etc.
k) unclaimed and donated artworks
l) goals and future directions for BCAS – Members Advisory Group?
m) minimizing ongoing costs – electricity, internet P.O. box, etc.
n) XMAS shop with the Wonthaggi Wood Turners
o) other business
(Note from Secretary :This is a scary long list BUT some of these items will have information disseminated before the meeting and will only take a few moments, and for others it may become apparent that another forum will be needed and so will be passed on/over for returning to a later date. The Committee reserves to right to halt unsuitable/unseemly discussions and defer any items to a later forum.
