This year’s AGM will be held in the Goods Shed 5pm on Wednesday 9th September 2026.

Membership forms are available in the goods shed and  have been sent by Email, if you would like to contribute and vote at the AGM, please ensure your membership is up to date.

This is your opportunity to see how we are tracking and contribute to where we head into the future.  If you can’t attend yourself and you are a financial member and would like another member to vote on your behalf, you will find a proxy form attached for you to complete. 

At the AGM the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Member are all up for election.  We would be delighted to receive your nomination.  You can nominate yourself – or have someone else nominate you as long as you agree to it.  You can nominate before the meeting by sending me an email with a completed form.  If you are nominating someone else please check with them that they are happy to be nominated.  You can also wait until the meeting itself to nominate.
